I cannot believe what this lawyer is allowing to happen. Don't care, if this puts Unca Jerry in the slammer (really deserves the full treatment - concrete shoes) faster, so be it.

I'm leaning towards the thought of cleaning out the whole (football) institution. Penn State is going to pay dearly for this if it just slowly goes on. Unca Jerry is the tip of the iceberg. I think we are going to see more revealing stuff by administration that's just going to blow this open more.
