When I heard that Ali had passed away, the first thing that popped into my mind wasn't a fight of his, but this interview with Ed Bradley. This is an interview that I have watched multiple times over the years and there is one moment that happens that always.....Well, you're just gonna have to watch it and you will see why. Billy Crystal's Muhammad Ali tribute - 15 Rounds (1979)



I had totally forgotten about this amazing performance by Billy Crystal saluting Ali. If it wasn't for Ali's funeral ceremony today with Billy literally the highlight of all the guest speakers mentioning this particular performance, I may have never remembered it. I've seen him perform this before, but I haven't seen this one in particular. What makes this one even better is that Ali is in the audience and they have an inset in screen so that we can see his reaction to what Billy is doing. If you have never seen this before, I urge you to watch it. It's an amazing amazing performance that is riveting. It's so good and it will have you grinning from ear to ear.
