I would REALLY have to play Devil's Advocate and write out everything I would hope the movie would be better than to write down what I think it would be like.  It's not like "here's what I hope happens," more like "gawd I hope this doesn't happen."  Which isn't a good place to be starting from.  Novelty doesn't take you very far in the writing process, as my, what, seven pages of Elmore Leonard-esqe (or POORLY ATTEMPTING to be Elmore Leaonard-esque) take on Striptease will attest to-- not to be confused with my ACTUAL stripper movie script which is at 95 pages currently).

Plus, I've got my own version of Episode VII in my mind (cool young female Jedi in training, Luke as an old almost-cyborg self-destructing, etc) so it's a team-up between a movie franchise i have issues with and a movie franchise that no one else knows exists.  That's gonna be an easy read.
