Angel With A Broken Wing



This was actually way better than I thought it would be. With Drew Barrymore as the Executive Producer, I was under the impression that it was going to be a lot like the movies.....campy. Well, it's not. It's a straight up action show. I was impressed, even if the story itself was a bit predictable. The episode baddie was played by Carlos Bernard, who I haven't seen in anything since 24 went off the air. The voice of Charlie is played by Victor Garber (Alias). And then there's the sole reason why I am even watching this....Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights, Parenthood). So hot.

I don't think the series will last long, not because it sucks, but because it's going up against a lot of other shows on Thursday night. I'd like to see it stick around for awhile. If the show is on the verge of being cancelled, the producers will no doubt play the Drew Barrymore card and make her appear in an episode.
