This was funny, predictable and then surprising all rolled into one. Nathan for the humor. Father for the killer. Bruno (Richard Riddell) for the Gorilla. When I saw Bruno scaling the side of the building with Kelly on his back in a nod to King Kong, I thought it to be funny. What I didn't see coming...

...was that Bruno was in fact a Gorilla, who was changed into human form from the storm that gave the other kids their powers. So when Bruno took off his Gorilla mask to reveal a real Gorilla underneath, that was a shock. What's left unclear is why he changed back into his primate self.

It's weird seeing Alisha pining after Simon now, knowing what her future is with him. Now she is super akward around him, which is a 180 degree turn from her more "flirty" self.
