We just had a 'reset-button' episode 2 weeks ago and now another one? I see what the writers are doing, they are stripping down Division down to it's core 6 characters of the show and letting everyone else walk. I guess they want to have them almost like guerilla soldiers with only the barest essentials to do the job. It does make for some great potential be creative if they don't have the latest hi-tech toy at their disposal. As for Alex, I was and still am surprise that Nikita was able to track her down and get her to rejoin the team so quickly. I for sure thought that her on the run would carry over into hopefully a 4th Season. Well, that didn't quite play out that way, huh? Solid episode. Bring on the next one.
