Invisible Hand

Very elaborate set up and kind of smart by having Amanda be the one that actually supplied Michael with his replacement hand, one with a deadly asterisk to it. Having it contain new and improve nano-tech, i.e. 'Kill Chip' basically forces Nikita into a corner. So, we are now led to believe that Amanda finally has Nikita where she wants her....by her side, doing her bidding. It's easy to see that when the end finally arrives, Amanda will perish. But what has been on my mind, especially this past season, is who will die on the 'Good' side? It comes down to Nikita or Michael. Sure, we all want them to ride off into the sunset together, but is that really going to happen? I dunno. I think there has to be a great loss and that would be Michael. But there would be an upside to it. That is if they reveal that she is pregnant with his child so as to carry on his legacy. Yeah, I'm getting way ahead of myself here. This season hasn't even wrapped yet.

Til Death Do Us Part

Holy sh*t! That was EPIC!! I feel a bit punch drunk with everything that went down. Talk about twist and turns that would make anyone feel dizzy. For starters, when they opened up the episode with the President dead in her own pool of blood, I did think it was all for sure, an act, to fool Amanda into believing that Nikita had fulfilled her mission objective and that the President was in on it to give her the necessary time to hunt Amanda down. So, you can imagine my shock when the scene is replayed later in the episode to reveal that the President, after hearing from Nikita about moles in her inner circle, takes the gun and kills herself. That was a doozy.

Imagine my surprised that near the end of the episode, it's revealed that the President isn't dead after-all. but is being held prisoner. Punched to my head. I feel dizzy. The assault in Division was damn good and the hand to hand combat was thrilling. But it was the emergence of Nikita at the last second to save the gang that made the scene what it was. Epic. It was a cross between Terminator and Sarah Conner. More please. The destruction of Division was a long time coming and it literally went out with a bang. I liked it. The ending was also a shocker in seeing Nikita leaving behind her engagement ring as well as the gang. To be continued.....next season.
