Another great episode. I don't know what it is, but the gang is really clicking. I think the biggest thing not heaping everything on Andy and trying to make him another version of Michael Scott. When they involved all the characters, it's far more interesting and gives them a better chance of mining for laughs, intentional or not. So, looks like Kathy is going to try and wreak Jim and Pam's marriage now that she is part of the Special Project's team heading to Florida. They also set up that Erin who is also part of the team will not be coming back. My guess is this is a set up for Andy to FINALLY realize what he is losing and will chase after her all the way down to Florida to woo her back, but it will probably be too little too late as she most likely will find someone else by then.
