Dwight was being a total ass (like that's new). If someone was acting like that, I wouldn't go out of my way to save his job. If anything, I'd ask if I could be the one to fire his him. But I will say that Jim's decision to go forward and save Dwight led to some funny moments in the hallway to keep him from reaching the meeting. So long Todd Packer. This time....stay gone!!

Andy is off to win back Erin. A little too late in the game. I'm sure the writers are purposely setting it up as a cliffhanger; Will she stay or will she come back home? The scene's with Darryl, Toby and Kevin was the best part of the episode. Kevin making out with Meredith was hilarious.
