This episode was only slightly better than the last one and a lot of that goes to Jim sabotaging the Magician's performance so that Nellie's feelings would be spared. I don't know what it is, but the whole Andy/Erin thing is misfiring big time. It seems that Erin 'longing' for Andy was a better story arc than them actually getting together.

In other news, James Spader who plays Robert California will not be returning next season and the same goes for Paul Lieberstein who plays Toby as well as being the show-runner for The Office. He will be focusing his attention on The Farm, which is a spin-off from the show that will have Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) running is Bed & Breakfast from his Beet Farm. Mindy Kaling who plays Kelly Kapoor has a Pilot on FOX in the works and if that gets picked up, she too will be saying goodbye to The Office.

Season 9 really doesn't look promising given that talks between NBC and John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, B. J. Novak and Ed Helms have come to a standstill.
