A very cool episode that was surprisingly very emotional at the end. It's just too bad they had to kill off Angelina (Jaime Ray Newman), Monroe's Ex-Girlfriend. She was awesome in this and pretty much owned the entire episode. She was even funny when she took over the crime scene to "solve" the case. Monroe burying her at the end was sad. Too bad she's not gonna be around anymore, the character could have added a lot to the series.

Sub-par episode that did nothing for me. It was meh. Big twist is that the little girl is the dangerous one. Only thing of interesting was when Juliet, after kissing Nick "sees" his Captain, instead of him.

Very nice twist by having the kid that has not one monster inside him, but two monsters inside him. From the very beginning of the episode I had the kids mother has the one that was offing the other kids from the Academic Team. But it turns out that the mother had altered his DNA before he was born with another monster gene, which when he matured would send him on a killing spree.

Also interesting was where they are taking the 'Captain Sean Renard lusting after Juliet' plot. The fact that he ends up at the doorstep of Monroe, looking for help is going to pay off later....in a good way, I would think.

Up till now, every episode has focused on Monsters and Creatures. But for this Halloween episode, it shifted to a "Ghost" that kidnaps children and then drowns them in the river. They said it was a Ghost, but it's face is that of a Zombie and even then it comes and goes. So, I'm really not sure of exactly what it was. I liked the Monroe scenes with the Trick Or Treat'ers. The ending was predictable and I saw it coming a mile away.

Great episode centered on a Vigilante Grimm "cleaning up" Nick's mess by killing those that Nick refuses to kill. As soon as I realized that it was an inside job in letting the suspect go from Police custody, I immediately knew that it was Ryan. By make him so nerdy and clumsy it became a huge red flag it would in fact be him. Turns out he wasn't a Grimm after all, but a monster with identity issues. As for Juliet, I'm really starting to dislike her, especially with her flirting with the Captain all the time.

I was pretty certain that they were going to execute Jason Gedrick's character, even with the evidence at hand that would exonerate him from his crimes. The story itself was pretty good. Very intense. But the best part of the episode comes at the very end when Monroe sees that Juliet is with the Captain. Great cliffhanger.

Nice to see Adalind back on the show. She was gone for way too long. She brings a certain quality to the show and a much needed tension to everyone involved. As far as the Juliet / Sean (Captain) story, I was pretty sure that Monroe or Juliet would have told Nick who she was in love with at the start of the episode. But they ended up dragging the reveal to the very end. I wanted to see a throw-down for sure. Not gonna happen till next episode.....I hope.

Grimm was off the air for such a long time that I had to read my last episode review just to remember what had happened. The wait was well worth it. We finally get the "showdown" between Nick and his Captain, but it was over before it began. It looks like they have an alliance now to take down Adalind and the Royal Family. Speaking of Adalind, it looks like banging the Captain was her end game. Now that she is pregnant (implied as the cliffhanger), she may have in fact just saved her own life, even without the Key she was suppose to get from Nick. With a baby on the way, it will make it impossible for the Royal Family to kill her with an heir tucked away in her womb.
