This season is a joke. I just can't believe any of these people are seriously being paid as Chefs. How the hell do you not know how to make a Cobb Salad, Sliders or Pizza? For real. Horrible. The Men are a joke. The Women are a joke. Ugh. I wasn't expecting Briana to go home. There were clearly a handful of others more deserving of getting kicked off.

So, they took the 36 and chopped it in half, send 18 onto MasterChef and the rest back home. I was surprised they got rid of the Soldier since they were kinda hyping him up somewhat. Christine, the blind girl, made it into the Top 18. Most of the dishes I saw, even from those that didn't make it, looked delicious. I can only imagine what the standards are if they didn't get through.

I like the fact that they threw a curve ball to open the episode by kicking a Chef off at the start of it to go along with a 2nd Chef at the end. No one is safe....at any time.

Really not sure why they decided to end this episode on a "cliffhanger". Where is the suspense of who Ramsey is going to kick out of the Kitchen? These are bottom 3 contenders, not Top 3. So, just weird that they went there with this. Also, I can't stand Kimmie and her "gangsta" attitude. Stop acting like you're a gangbanger. This season thus far is the worst out of 10 seasons.

Some of the contestant are already starting to annoy the hell out of me. I can't stand people the constantly brag about what a great chef they are and yet they can't even cook the simple things. Ugh. The Pressure Test was interesting. Make and Apple Pie. Half of the ones that were plated looked horrible. I knew the moment that Michael put Cheddar Cheese on top of his pie he was done. What a horrible idea.



Best moment of the episode was Ramsey encouraging Christine who was doubting her ability to cook a pie and ends up making one of the best during the Test.

Clemenza is pretty dumb to start cooking scallops before the restaurant is even open. Why? Why? Why? Kimmie is a mess. She's got some serious issues up in that little pea brain of hers. And Robyn....she is an idiot. Does she even realize that she thinks she is gangsta or acts like she is. Stupid. Hate Royce. The guy is a joke.

It's been a joy to watch Christine cook. Not only is she surviving, but she is thriving, kicking everyone's ass and it was particularly gratifying that she cooked one of the best dishes in this episode after she was sandbagged by Ryan. In a  b i t c h  move on his part, he chose her to use a live Crab in the hopes that it would screw her up and send her home. He literally had to eat crow when the judges made him take a bit out of her winning dish.  F u c k  you Ryan, you POS. I hate this douche. Christine for the win!!! I want her to win it all. Props to Monti for also shoving it back in Ryan's face. She does need to be more confident in her abilities though.
