Episodes 7 and 8 This was a good two hours of f*ck ups. I thought it was pretty telling about the "quality" of the chefs produced for players that couldn't pass the
Eggs Benedict Pressure Test. They looked bad. Horrible. So, what to do with 4 sh*tty plates? You send them to Vegas for another challenge. I wasn't all that impressed with the Hamburgers they were cooking. Raw, raw, raw.
Luca should have been dropped kicked off the show for his "strategy". Why would
Ramsey allow raw burgers to pass and move on? I dunno. His show...his rules. Didn't matter because
Luca's team lost. Now it was onto the final challenge between him and
Kathy and I already knew who would "win". With the way they have set up
Luca's "comeback" at the start of this season, he is clearly the hook for the 'writers' on the show and they way
Gordon,
Joe and
Elliot talk to him throughout the show, it's clear that
Luca is their golden boy and will do whatever it takes to get him to the end, if not already give him the title.
