Do I have this right? Season 2? Move this if wrong.

Tonight, they finally get on land and stay. And boy it just gets better and better with story telling. Lots going on.

This is Season 2. All good.

As for what we have seen so far, I've really enjoyed it a lot more than Season 1. In last season, even though I was watching it, it was never must-see TV for me. My biggest issue is that the episodes never really connected from week to week. Season 2 is the complete opposite. It's not perfect, but the story line so far has been pretty interesting and a couple of characters of finally broken out in a big way. I think Nick is by far the most interesting by a mile and even though I still hate Chris, his turn into 'Dexter' opens up a lot story wise which is going to have to fracture the family. I wouldn't trust him or anyone else that is constantly making excuses for his dark turn. The bad so far is that Travis is still the worst character be in last season or this season. I'm not entirely convinced they are done with the Yacht yet, especially with their compound housing a cellar full of Walkers.

The mid-season finale tonight was complete garbage. A total pretentious piece of sh*t. I don't know what they were trying to do, but it came off as a complete mess. It was nonsensical, poorly edited, and just stupid. How did a great first half season turn into this? I hope this isn't where they are taking the series and will right their ship when they come back in August. Beyond just being awful, this was boring as f*ck. 1 Star out of 5.

After what was arguably the worst episode of the series (referring to the mid-season finale), I really dug the Nick-centric episode in Grotesque last week. One of the best episodes ever. I thought last nights episode (Los Muertos) was very interesting, also being led by Nick, who has taken on the role of THE actor to watch. As for Madison and Sterns getting drunk and banging on the piano, I found to be asinine in more ways than one. Who the f*ck gets drunk and makes as much noise as possible with Walkers obviously nearby? Personally I would be okay with them killing them off and just following Nick's story to its conclusion. By far the most interesting character they have on the show.

The 2-hour Season Finale was f*cking great. Damn gory and they got rid of a lot of characters tonight, the biggest and most shocking was of course Chris. I hated this guy. You know how King Joffery (from Game of Thrones) is / was the ultimate villain and you want to see what is coming to him? But as much as you hate Joffery, you don't really want to see him go because he is just too good of a character to get rid of. With Chris, that wasn't the case. Hated him. Happy to see him gone. But that doesn't take away the fact that it was still shocking that they actually did just that. Overall, fantastic second half to the season. 5 Stars out of 5.
