Don't Open That Door

This episode was top shelf, Grade-A perfection. A lot of stuff went down that I can't keep it all straight. That mini-Juliette is one conniving jackass. I kinda saw it coming that she was going to sandbag Scarlett during the red carpet / press meet-and-greet so that it would make herself look good. She is turning into what Juliette is now. Manipulative. Both Rayna and Deacon had great scenes respectively with Rayna 'finding her voice' and Deacon 'finding his music'. But the best musical number is easily Gunnar and Avery's song 'Donít You Wanna Be My Girl' . Great chorus, great groove. Add Zoey to the mix and it looks like the start of a Trio about to take root on the show. But, it could get derailed real fast given that Zoey is clearly of the mind-set that she made a mistake sleeping with Gunnar. Can't wait to see how this plays out. Back Rayna, looks like she will be stuck at Edgehill Records with no way to buy out her contract now that her father has been arrested and his accounts frozen. A+ all around.
