...Frank throwing Lydia off the balcony, plummeting to her death. And if it weren't for that little camera, Emily would be up sh*t creek because Nolan would have not caught her analyzing the photograph which would have exposed Emily's true identity.

But I have to say, even before watching this episode, I was still thinking about the last episode regarding Frank and his involvement. I had come to the conclusion of my original theory that he is working for Emily. What better way to take down your enemy than to have someone on the "inside" to keep things moving forward in your favor? Now with this episode, I'm even more convinced that Frank is indeed working with Emily and is the 3rd person that I mentioned in the last post. Why am I convinced? It's Nolan's reaction to finding out Frank killed Lydia and his voice mail to Emily about it tells me the same thing, if your reading between the lines that is. To me, what Nolan is really saying is "Uh oh, Frank killed Lydia, how are we going to cover up what he did since he is working with us to take down Victoria and Conrad and everyone else involved?". That's my take on it.

Also, Nolan is now in possession of video from an earlier conversation between Lydia and Conrad about admitting to the frame job against Amanda's father.
