The final two episodes of this season were great. In Paradox we get to see a very young and very cleaned up Katarina Jones as played by Barbara Sukowa. I just always assumed that she looked old. But in this episode she cleaned up very nicely. So smooth and nothing like her 'future' self. In Arms of Mine, it all comes to a head. We finally get to see the 'birth' of the 12 Monkeys and what they will become in the future. Really not sure what they are, but I would hazard a guess and say some sort of mutation. Cole saves Ramsey. only after being shot by Cassie, who herself is shot and dying. So, you do the only thing you can do and that is send her into the future in the hopes that Jones can save her. It's kinda cool that for all of this season, she can only imagine what it is like to travel through time and now she gets to actually do it. Can't wait for Season 2 to start. Very happy to hear the news that the series has been picked up for a second season, which is set to air in 2016.
