Episode 1
This Is War
I was really looking forward to the
Season Premiere because of the cataclysmic events of what went down at the end of Season 1. I didn't know how they would pick up from there and I will say that when
This Is War started, I was thrown for a loop as it looked like they had jumped story wise into the future a bit. Nope. I was wrong. It literally picks up right where we left off and the entire episode was all about getting back to present day reality. People we thought were dead were able to come back, namely
Jenny Mills and it's up to
Crane to find a way to save and bring back
Abbie from Purgatory. There were so many twist and turns and red herrings that I was continually lost and it was great. Not predictable at all. I love that the entire story hinged on
Ben Franklin and THE key, which was vital in unlocking purgatory. Nice touch. Epic episode that played more like a
Season Finale than a
Season Premiere. Going to be tough to top this one.
