And the winner is........Denise. To say that I was disappointed in the final vote tally is a bit of an understatement. I don't have anything against Denise winning, it's just that she wasn't my first choice or who I was pulling for. I wanted Lisa to win this so bad, followed by Michael if she couldn't win. I actually had Malcolm as my third choice to win followed by Denise. But you have to applaud at what Denise accomplished here. She is the first contestant to attend every single Tribal Council and somehow manage to survive each and every time. THAT is AMAZING!!

In spite of my girl Lisa not winning, this was an awesome episode that had me on the edge of my seat and the final vote produced in my opinion that best speech by a member of the jury. Jonathan Penner's diatribe was both vicious and deliriously good. It makes Sue Hawks speech from Season 1 look weak and lame by comparison. Not to be outdone, Lisa was stellar with her opening remarks. She was so good that I thought he had locked up the million dollars, especially after Denise's horrible remarks that came off as condescending toward the members of the jury. I'm just shocked that the final vote wasn't even close. It was a blowout with Denise getting the majority of the votes.
