Wizard Wars - SyFy
« on: February 22, 2015, 06:06:34 am »
I've been checking out SyFy's Wizard War, and loving it. Penn & Teller as judges for two teams of aspiring magicians. These guys are good. The competition is to assign the two random magicians 3 objects the have to incorporate in a 10 min stage show. I would say, every magical act is new to me.

Very imaginative stuff.

It's a small venue, so the magic is medium to close up, which I love.

Personally I have never enjoyed the big magic. Mentally I knew it was not possible, and I HATED the long drawn out dramatic BS. Wizard War is fast, fun and typically funny.

Highly recommend

I've been seeing a lot of promos for this and have always had the intention of checking it out. I just always forget about it as soon as it's over. Need to see if they have this OnDemand.
