Out of all the games that have been released lately that are more tools than actual game (Rockband, Rocksmith and BandFuse), this one looks to be the real thing because they are using the standard Tab highway that we both grew up devouring in the pages of Guitar For The Practicing Musician. So there won't that awkward phase of trying to relearn a new highway system that RB and RS were intent on recreating.

Oh, and I'm definitely Buying this one on release day. You might not see or hear from me for a couple of months after the fact.
