Celebrated each year on March 23rd is National Puppy Day.  National Puppy Day will be celebrated on the Friday or Monday closest to March 23rd if that day falls on a weekend.    This day was created to celebrate the magic and unconditional love that puppies bring to our lives.  National Puppy Day is also a day to bring awareness to the need for care and homes of orphaned puppies as well as to educate people about the horrors of puppy mills across the country.
