Falling Skies (Season 1)

The only season I've seen of Falling Skies was obviously Season 1, back when it originally aired. I watched it from week to week and found it to be slower than I'd like and having to wait a week for the next installment made it a bit trying at times to get through. I bailed after the season finale....never to return. Until now. I decided to give the series another shot on DVD. The pacing is still slow, but the overall arc seems to play much better binge watching. Season 1 is more Red Dawn than ID4. I just remember there being more Aliens during this season. Guess not. Anyway, in spite of some noticeable flaws, this was still pretty good and one I can recommend as a Rent.
