I love me some Gilda Radner and the DVD does have some of her most notable skits included. But like most other SNL compilations, this too is hit and miss. There are a ton of other noteworthy skits that belong in the 90 minute long Best Of. I really don't understand how a company like SNL goes about choosing what skits to include. If you look back at the other Comps they have done, you will see that most are just inadequate and uneven. Kind of disappointed that Gilda's disc is put together in the same way. Best thing about this DVD is the 'Inside Look' with writers and SNL alums talking about her. What's baffling is that this mini documentary has more of her best stuff in it than the actual Comp. Go figure. Worth a Rent for die-hard fans.

Maybe the people putting these best of's have little interest in the game. If some company got signed up (I assume no one from SNL), they may not know what the best is. It happens more times than not.
