Code 46

First off, I don't even remember how I came to pick this movie as a 'Hold' at my Library. Never saw the trailer and I've never heard about it from anyone....anywhere. I may have seen the movie pop up in my gutter for On Order titles and just clicked on it by mistake. Anyway, I've had some success in watching movies that I never sought out. These end up being lucky finds that perform very well for me. Code 46 is not one of those. Even though the title card at the start of the film "explains" what's at sake for the main characters, I still found this to be a very confusing movie because I didn't know what the Writer and Director were trying to say. The story is incredibly weak in presentation and from the outside watching this, nothing happens. Tim Robbins and Samantha Morton are not to blame here. They are the only reason why I stayed to the very end. It's the story that's to blame. But who do I blame here? The writer or the director? Anyway, definitely Skip. Don't let the box art or trailer trick you into believing this is a Sci-Fi flick.

I saw this back in the day.  Don't remember a thing about it.
