Everything you said is spot on. I remember going into this with real expectations. Completely surprised me at how enjoyable this was. I definitely had some LOL moments.  Ya can't go wrong with this one... IMO.

I assume Buzzfeed is a social news outlet. I've never been to the site. I have been hearing a lot about it recently and not in a good way.

Then this is brought to my attention.

Again, back to fake news, rumors, no facts and just saying what you want to say, with the idea, let the audience determine if it's real or factual. WHAT!

BuzzFeed editor calls for ‘new rules’ to cover Trump administration

BuzzFeed News made headlines earlier this month for publishing an unverified dossier about alleged connections between President Donald Trump and Russia, and according to the website’s editor, that might be the new standard for reporting on this White House.

In a New York Times editorial posted Monday, BuzzFeed Editor-in-Chief Ben Smith called for “new rules” to be established in journalism that support sometimes publishing “unverified information in a transparent way.”

Bluedio UFO Speaker

He really doesn't talk about the quality of sound. It's all about the looks. My guess from just watching it, the sound is OK. The 'Stereo' will get lost as soon as you move away from it. And the the portability portion.... (slapping forehead)

I'm going to take a wild ass guess and say style is interesting... fail on all other points about the product.

and the other Bluedio (Headphones) review...

Hardware / Re: Headphones and Amps
« on: January 29, 2017, 02:04:06 pm »
I was looking at amps for a while because MassDrop kept pushing new products my way. I got extra interested when a tube amp passed through. I was definitely interested in the aesthetics of the product before I got into the details. Discussed getting an amp with my best friend who is deeply into the tech of audio.

We discussed the audio sources like MP3, digital, analog records, etc.
where the audio source is transferred from (computer, phone, receiver, turntable, etc)

Ultimately my listening habits with headphones discontinued my search. Simply I only have headphones for playing drums. They are mid-range, flat response cans that do what I need.

I also have some noise cancelling Bose for travel.

I also have the bone induction set use for my excercise... where I don't require great sound.

I realized, I don't use headphones to just sit and listen to music or movies. I'm old. As much as I would like to have a good amp, I just don't see using it much.

Back in my 20's, I used the hell out of my headphones for doing just that. Hours and hours of music listening and I remember those wealthy guys that had high end equipment racks, amps, cords, receivers and turntables that you would drool for. Today, things are so different.

He's not a virtuoso or a great comedian. He is funny and I laughed at some of his stuff. He probably appeals to an older crowd.

Lena Dunham

I've only seen Dunham act a few times when my wife would watch Girls.
I see and read more of her antics in the news. And the things I read are seriously messed up. The 'abortion' comment just solidified many a folks view that Dunham is a nutcase. I just ran across this video kinda wrapping up all the craziness that is Lena Dunham

Ok, back to the future

Bill Burr

Holy crap, I'm laughing so hard  all the time. Damn, I've known about Burr forever, but never watched his stuff. Netflix has several specials, and I'm just loving the next one more. Burr, reminds me of Lewis Black, but up the anger to pit bull level. He's killing me. A new favorite.
