The first time I ever used CCleaner and did Analyze, I couldn't believe how much  s h i t  I had clogging up my PC. Believe it or not it was 99 GB's of useless garbage. On average of every few days I get anywhere from 1-2 GB. The stuff piles up pretty damn fast.
